Hi, I get the same error. When I use the same website local it works fine (same institutions). I use Joomla 2.5.4.

Hi Peter will add that option in 3.8.2 which is planned forthe start of the next week. Right now, as we migrate everything, we clean content in helpdesk because of table relations, statuses etc. must come from RS Tickets or it won't work correctly.

Hello Ben, the "Fix" button takes you to configurations where you set the attachments directory. If you want I can take a look at the server but create a ticket with the login details please.
