Our helpdesk extension for Joomla was updated to version 3.7.3 and is now available to download to all our customers with valid subscriptions.
This is mainly a maintenance release to fix bugs and to continue with the implementation of some layout enhancements which we hope all of you will like also.
The next release schedule is version 3.8 and we'll introduce 2 major features in that release - Bugtracker and integration with BigBlueButton system. Besides this 2 bigger features we'll add some more cool ones just to keep the helpdesk more and more powerful :)
The version 3.7 of the Helpdesk component is now available for download to all customers with active subscriptions.
We made a big jump this time (from v3.6.2) because there were significant changes in the extension, namely the fact of the language files moving to INI files as Joomla does. Besides that, we made some other significant changes like the possibility to create/change client directly in a ticket and create anonymous user directly in a ticket also.
The Joomla! 1.5 demo site was updated with the latest version of our products and we installed SobiPro for the integration with the helpdesk component. We'll soon have a Joomla! 1.7 demo site available also.
