The version 3.6.2 of the Helpdesk component is now available for download to all customers with active subscriptions.

This release includes fixes to some bugs and a few new features. Next release we'll have new integrations and migrators to make easy to change to MaQma Helpdesk.

The Joomla Project announced the immediate availability of Joomla 1.7.1. This is a security release. We'll be making tests with and if necessary make the necessary changes for our extensions that are Joomla 1.7 ready continue to work correctly.

We'll release the translators website this weekend as well as the Helpdesk 3.6.1 so there's going to be a busy weekend (again!).
Next week we'll have a releases week with SQL Reports 2 with Joomla! 1.7 support and a new extensions.
The version 3.6.0 of the Helpdesk component is now available for download to all customers with active subscriptions.
This release includes fixes to some bugs and a few new features. Also in this release are some more UI changes specially in the administration which will be finished with 3.6.1. In the next release we'll also have integration with Kunena extension.
The next releases are going to focus in maintaining the current system and not so much in adding new features since we started planning the major release of version 4. We'll soon create a forum thread for you to share your ideas for the version 4.
