The Joomla! Project released Joomla 1.7.5 and 2.5.1, both of them are security releases and you should update your site(s) as soon as possible.

Our helpdesk extension for Joomla was updated to version 3.7.3 and is now available to download to all our customers with valid subscriptions.
This is mainly a maintenance release to fix bugs and to continue with the implementation of some layout enhancements which we hope all of you will like also.
The next release schedule is version 3.8 and we'll introduce 2 major features in that release - Bugtracker and integration with BigBlueButton system. Besides this 2 bigger features we'll add some more cool ones just to keep the helpdesk more and more powerful :)
